SCALE16: Everything You Need to Know

Psst: SCALE16 is less than one month away! What is SCALE16, you ask? Now in its second year, it’s the top international conference on digital brand growth, powered by DCMN.

Our first year was a smash hit – the conference was packed and speakers from names like AOL, Innogames and Babbel were on stage. This year it’s going to be even bigger. We’ve set our sights high and expanded the scope for SCALE16, which means a bigger audience, more speakers, and more of an international focus.

Whether you want details about the program or you’re ready to buy tickets, here’s all the information you’ll need in the lead up to the day.

So, what’s it all about?

The theme for SCALE16 is growth hacking traditional media. We started the event because we saw an information gap that needed to be filled. Yes, there are plenty of marketing conferences out there. But how many are tailored just for digital brands? How many explore how these brands are using traditional media? We found a particular niche, and that’s a huge part of why the conference has been so successful so far.

The usual logic goes like this: if you work in the digital scene, you must be using online tools only to market your business, right? Not necessarily. SCALE16 looks at how digital brands and startups are using offline marketing channels like TV, print and out-of-home to scale their businesses. More specifically, it looks at how they are doing it in a performance-driven way.

Who’s speaking at SCALE16?

We’ve been busy finalizing the program over the last few weeks and we are so excited to welcome our speakers on stage in November! We have marketing experts from lifestyle brands, gaming companies and e-commerce on the bill. The food delivery, lifestyle, games, and fintech sectors are all covered. You can buy your tickets easily online. One ticket gives you access to the full-day conference plus the aftershow networking party in the evening.

Early bird is now sold out, but regular conference tickets cost just €199 for digital brands – and if you want to come for the aftershow networking only, it’ll set you back just €19.

SCALE16 is taking place on November 3rd in Berlin, which is DCMN’s hometown and also a city that’s home to a vibrant and dynamic digital scene. There are heaps of exciting digital brands and startups here, plenty of which will join us at Glashaus at Arena Berlin.
