Our recent SCALEup webinar took place on March 29, with Europe’s most valuable fintech unicorn, Klarna. Together with Daria Suvorova, Launch Manager at Klarna, we took a deep dive into their global market expansion strategy over the past few years.
In this webinar, our Senior Offline Marketing Manager, Julie David spoke with Daria about the building blocks of their expansion strategy and how Klarna plans, implements and learns from new market launches. Launching in a new market can be an uphill battle but Klarna’s approach is “start small and learn fast”. Daria also revealed that factors like population size, ecommerce adoption and internet penetration are key to working out if the market is a good fit for their product.
